At Eson Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked courier service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
